The MLCS Band participates in the Sonora Mother's Day Parade.... more info to go home as the day gets closer.

The 5th grade will be going to tour the State Capital.

PTF meets every 2nd Tuesday of the month at 2p.m. Get to know the school, other families and be a part of making a difference here at MLCS.

The MLCS Board meets the 2nd Tuesday of every month in the Chapel.  Open Session starts at 4:30p.m. Closed Session will start at approximately 5:30p.m. Everyone is encouraged to come, and agendas are emailed out to families before the scheduled meeting. The 2nd grade will be going to the Sacramento Zoo for their study of animals and habitats.

3rd Grade will be going to New Melones Lake.   Learning fun: Science/Math Centers.

Open House for K-8th starts at 6p.m.  The student's always enjoy showing you what they have done throughout the year.

The 6th - 8th grades will be going to Summerville H.S. to participate in the All County Track Meet.  Events will start at approximately 1pm and go till 5 or 6pm. (all event times are approximate) Let's cheer them on!

First Grade will be going to the Columbia Air Attack Helibase. We will be learning about Cal Fire air operations, and community helpers.
