FINANCIAL POLICIES
Payments will be made electronically or via check to FACTS through your family portal. Any payments made using a credit or debit card will be subject to an additional fee as set by FACTS. Payment through ACH does not incur a fee. Tuition may be paid in one annual payment, two semi-annual payments, or eleven monthly payments.
ANNUAL FEES – Non-refundable annual fees are due to the School at the time of enrollment. If the School does not receive a completed and signed Tuition Agreement, any required enrollment documentation and the annual fees prior to the due designated due date, the School is not obligated to reserve a place for the Student, and there may not be sufficient space at the School for the Student to enroll, and in such case, the School may rescind and/or cancel this Agreement and keep the annual fees.
FULL PAYMENT – If selecting one annual installment, payment is due by July 20th, and a 5% discount will apply.
TWO PAYMENTS – If selecting two installments, payments are due by July 20th and January 20th.
MONTHLY PAYMENTS – If selecting eleven monthly installments, the first payment is due by July 20. Payments can then be made on the 10th or 20th of each month thereafter. All transactions are designated and handled through your selected tuition payment plan via the FACTS family portal.
Military Service Members – Active or honorably discharged military service members can receive a 2.5% tuition discount.
EARLY WITHDRAWAL – If the School receives written notice from Parents/Guardians before July 7th that the Student will not enroll for the School Year, Parents/Guardians will not be obligated to make further payments, and any tuition paid will be refunded by the school, less the Annual Fees. If the School does not receive written notice of cancellation of the Student’s enrollment before July 7th, their obligation to pay Tuition for the School Year becomes unconditional as of that date. Notice of cancellation must be sent in writing to the Principal and may be sent by email. Parents/Guardians must provide the School’s Business Office at least ten (10) business days’ written notice prior to the Student’s withdrawal date. Failure to do so will result in a $25.00 fee for early withdrawal. All charges are to be paid by the final withdrawal date.
LATE PAYMENTS – A payment is considered delinquent if not paid by the due date. Parents/ Guardians acknowledge that the School will incur additional expenses for late payments or returned payments, that it is impractical to fix the actual amount of the School’s damages, and that the following late payment or returned payment fee constitutes a reasonable estimate of the additional expense. The School and/or FACTS may charge returned payment and late fees of $30.00 for each returned and/or late payment. The School reserves the right to pursue additional interest, including but not limited to one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month on the Tuition amount past in the event of a default. The School reserves the right to suspend or dismiss the Student from the School and/or accelerate and require immediate payment of all unpaid tuition at any time payment of tuition and/or other fees are delinquent. In the sole discretion of the School, the School may allow the Student to attend classes and continue enrollment at the School while tuition and/or other fees are delinquent. Any such allowance does not constitute the School’s waiver of Parents’/Guardians’ obligation to pay the full tuition and other fees for the School Year, including any arrearages in tuition and other fees or of the School’s right to suspend or dismiss the Student at any time while amounts are delinquent. Amounts collected or received by the School from or on behalf of Parents/Guardians will first be applied to satisfy delinquent payments and then to amounts due for the remainder of the School Year.
REFUND POLICY – No refund or cancellation of Tuition or other fees, in whole or in part, will be made by the School for the Student’s late entrance, absence, withdrawal, suspension, dismissal, or inability to attend the School at any time (except as described above).
