TUITION

FULL PAYMENT – Pay by first day of school. If paid by first day of school a 5% discount will apply.

TWO INSTALLMENTS – Pay two payments. Due August 20th and January 9th.

MONTHLY EFT – A monthly automatic withdrawal will be made from your checking or savings account. Payments can be made on the 10th or the 20th of the month. Starting payment date is August 2025 through May or June of 2026. Note: You have a choice to make 10 or 11 monthly Payments. There is a one-time $25.00 setup fee.

CREDIT CARD – A monthly automatic charge may be placed on your credit card. With this plan, the transaction fee would also be added to the tuition payment.

EARLY WITHDRAWAL – There is a $25.00 fee for early withdrawals. The business office must be notified in writing at least ten (10) working days prior to the last date a student will attend MLCS. All charges are to be paid by the final withdrawal date.
Should you withdraw during a given month, even if your child attends only one day of that month, you will be charged for that entire month.

REFUND POLICY – With the exception of extenuating circumstances, such as loss of employment, job relocation, or expulsion of a student, MLCS operates under a “NO REFUND” policy, which includes registration, books, tuition, and sport fees. Our obligation to staff and the purchase of materials is based on
the commitment of parents at the time of enrollment. Our costs continue, regardless of your child’s attendance. In the most extreme cases, school administration may consider a refund of some amount, based on the merit of the individual situation. We expect our parents to honor the “Financial Agreement” for the entire school year.

MILITARY SERVICE MEMBERS: Active or honorably discharged military service member can receive a 2.5% tuition discount.
